Late Changes and Late Cancellations
Because our cleaning technicians are scheduled in advance, short notice changes and cancellations will have a penalty fee. If you cancel or reschedule a service less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time, a $100 late cancellation fee will be applied and charged. This protects the cleaning technician’s expected income.
Happiness Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with our service! If you are dissatisfied with any of our cleaning services, please contact us RIGHT AWAY (within 24 hrs of service) so that we can try to resolve the issue. We will first assess the situation to make sure that we understand the concern. Then, we will take appropriate action to re-clean the problem area at no additional cost to you.
Tipping
Tipping is never required, but it is a lovely way to tell your cleaner that you think they did a great job. You can add this amount in an envelope clearly labeled for them, or use our handy dandy Venmo QR code on the card that they leave behind
Employee safety
Our cleaning technicians are the heart of our business, and their safety is extremely important to us. The areas to be cleaned must be accessible without excess clutter or hazardous conditions. Indoor temperatures must also be appropriate for them to work safely.
Adult/Humans only Zone
Our employees are hard at work in your home; therefore we kindly ask that you do not leave your children at home and have animals crated or off premises during your scheduled cleaning. Pets can be authorized to be left outside of crate if we’ve met the pet prior with no issues.

Pricing
We offer fair and customizable pricing for your home and or business. We encourage customers to communicate with us if they would like us to work within a particular budget, so we can establish a priority of where to spend our resources on your project.
For Commercial work there will be an agreed upon Contract or Estimate that will include duties, price, business holidays, & etc..)

Vacation rental turn arounds
As of summer of 2025 we will be offering flat rate turn around cleanings priced accordingly to check-out instructions agreed upon

Carpet Shampooing in residential spaces is charged at an hourly rate, with a 2hr minimum charge of $130.
At the discretion of the technician, additional charges may be applied for any excess of stain treating chemicals

Carpet Shampooing commercial spaces are priced out after a walkthrough and an estimate is provided. Factors effecting price are square footage, furniture to be moved, staining and condition of carpets prior to cleaning, stairs, and availability of janitor closet.

Stripping and Waxing of Vinyl composite or Rubber flooring are priced out after a walkthrough of the space. An estimate will be provided, which will include the supplies & labor necessary, unless otherwise noted.

Window washing is priced out per window. Price varies depending on E.g> ladders, bevels, location, etc)

Housekeeping
As of Fall of 2024 we will be offering flat rate housekeeping, based off an agreed upon contract with homeowner for duties desired. This contract will not be priced according to an hourly rate.
